Our Founders, Robert and Linda Banner, climbed the corporate ladders within Combined Insurance Company to Regional Division Managers, where they met. After many successful and prospering years, Awards of Achievement and sales goals they decided to embark on a new future for themselves. They started their own Agency.
Finally settling on a name in 1994, AMERICAN FINANCIAL CONCEPTS arose. It was a hard road, but after a lot of hard work and extensive clientele Robert and his wife, Linda have been very successful, helping others achieve their financial goals in their financial future.
Robert and Linda share 2 daughters, 5 granddaughters and 1 great-granddaughter. In his free time, he enjoys classic cars and being with friends and family.

Michele is a 1994 Jeannette Senior High School and 1997 Bradford School of Business graduate. Being around the financial business since she was young made working for American Financial Concepts a clear choice to further her career in the industry. Though she has many roles within the company, Michele has extensive knowledge of Senior healthcare to the needs of existing and new clients. She’s very welcoming and inviting persona to all our clients. Calm and courteous, with a great sense of humor, she will always get to the “root” of your issue, and helpful for any assistance you may need regarding your account. She has 2 daughters, 1 granddaughter and an English Bulldog that reside at home with her.
Heather Susan Juliussen
A licensed insurance professional specializing in life insurance, health insurance, annuities, trusts, and long-term care planning. She takes a personalized, educational approach, helping clients understand their options and choose solutions that align with their goals, values, and stage of life. Married to her husband, Jay, for nearly 20 years and the mother of her son, Max, Heather brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. She is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to building long-term relationships based on trust and clarity, helping individuals and families feel confident and secure in planning for their financial protection and future.
